The current website
This website provides information and free guides, with links for general enquiries by email. There is no online booking, payment, newsletter sign up or health intake form on this website.
Information collected and why
When you visit, the hosting and security providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details, requested pages and security events to deliver and protect the website. The basis for this processing is the legitimate interest in operating a reliable, secure website and preventing abuse.
If you contact Lisa, your name, contact details and message are used to reply and manage your enquiry. The basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract, where relevant, or the legitimate interest in responding to general correspondence. Details required by law may be retained to meet a legal obligation. Your enquiry will not automatically subscribe you to marketing.
Please keep initial enquiries general
Please do not send test results, medical records, photographs, detailed health histories or information about a child through an initial email. This channel is for general enquiries. A separate privacy notice and appropriate process for sensitive health information will be provided before a consultation or health intake.
If sensitive information is sent unexpectedly, it will not be treated as consent to begin a consultation. Lisa may ask you to use an appropriate channel or arrange deletion where it is not needed. Information will not be used for an unrelated purpose.
Providers and external links
This site is hosted through OpenAI Sites, with Cloudflare infrastructure for delivery and security. General email enquiries are managed through Google Workspace. Clicking an email link opens your email application.
Providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Applicable protections depend on the provider and service, including relevant adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses where used. Contact Lisa for information about the arrangements relevant to your enquiry. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
How long information is kept
Enquiry correspondence is kept only for as long as needed to answer and resolve the enquiry and any necessary follow up. It is reviewed for deletion when no longer needed. If a complaint, legal obligation or claim requires retention, the relevant information is kept for the applicable period. Technical records and security cookies follow the hosting providers’ retention settings. No clinical record is created through a website form.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. These rights are subject to the conditions and exceptions in data protection law.
Email lisa@evolvefemalewellness.com to make a request. Reasonable identity checks may be needed; please do not send an identity document unless requested through an appropriate process. Requests are normally answered within one month. If an extension is permitted, you will be told why.
You can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or the relevant supervisory authority where you live or work. There is no automated decision making or profiling by Lisa through this website.
Children and young people
The guides may be read by families and young people. Parents or legal guardians should make any enquiry about support for a child. Please keep that enquiry general and do not send a child’s personal health information at this stage.
