When you don’t feel quite like yourself
Perhaps your periods have changed, but that is only part of it. You may be sleeping badly, feeling anxious or unusually low, struggling with your energy, or wondering why your body seems to respond differently to food and stress. Sometimes these changes begin while your periods are still regular.
It can be unsettling when several things shift at once and no one has helped you make sense of the whole picture.
Let’s look at what’s going on for you
I begin by listening. We’ll talk about when things changed, how your symptoms move through the month, what your digestion and sleep are like, and what demands your body is dealing with day to day. We’ll also look at your food, routines, health history and anything you have already tried.
From there, we can explore where practical changes might help. That may mean working on nourishment, steadier daily habits, sleep or the things that seem to make your symptoms harder to manage. We’ll choose priorities together, based on your life and how you feel, rather than hand you a generic menopause plan.
I know from personal experience how difficult it is to feel that something is wrong and not feel heard. My aim is to give you the time to talk it through, understand your body better and find a way forward that feels manageable.
